Account and business management
I'm your steady point of contact. I start every project with a clear kickoff, keep schedules on track, and report back without you having to ask. If something goes sideways, I handle it directly and keep you in the loop.
Web and digital
I don't just manage websites, I build them. I've designed and developed sites and online stores from scratch, and I'm the one who keeps them running afterward. I work in WordPress and Shopify, use HubSpot for email and customer tracking, and use Google Analytics and Adobe tools to see what's working and make it look right. I care about speed, ease of use, and making sure everyone can use what I build, including people with screen readers. If your project needs a bigger team, I can lead that too.
