01

Growing client accounts

The situation
Large clients with websites and digital campaigns, and lots of teams working at once.
What I did
I was the main contact for a portfolio over $1 million. I ran kickoffs, kept design, engineering, and content teams lined up, and handled tough conversations about scope. I also spotted ways to do more for clients.
The result
Revenue grew 20% across the accounts I managed.

Rebuilding a website

The situation
MentorWorks needed a stronger website and a steadier marketing operation.
What I did
I rebuilt the WordPress site myself. I also managed SEO, email, and HubSpot, and served as the link between leadership and outside tech vendors. I wrote how-to guides so the team could handle routine updates without me.
The result
User engagement rose 30%.

Building websites and stores for small businesses

The situation
Small businesses and nonprofits that need a site or online store but don't have a tech team.
What I did
I set up and improved Shopify stores and built WordPress sites, bringing in designers or developers only where needed. I keep clients updated from start to finish.
The result
Live sites for Get Along Coffee, Anchor & Tree Coffee Roasting, and Sac Made.

Making learning work for every student

The situation
A school wanted to make Google Classroom work well for students with visual impairments, with the goal of an inclusive learning environment.
What I did
I built strong, collaborative partnerships with teachers and families. I listened to what each of them needed, then adjusted the tools and resources to fit. I also created training materials so everyone could use them with confidence.
The result
Students got an accessible, personalized learning experience. The partnership also lasted beyond the project, so support for inclusive learning continued.

Earlier work

Building strong customer relationships

Earlier in my career, I handled Fortune 500 brand accounts and grew that business by 25%. I also helped grow sales at a busy customer-facing location by over 50%. Both came down to the same thing: paying attention and following through.
